We have been customers of this Pharmacy since it opened and would NOT use any other pharmacy. They "know" you and go out of their way to make sure you understand your medication(s). They work with insurance companies to ensure customers get the best price. Entire staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Definitely a great business and we like to support local businesses. We highly recommend this particular pharmacy!

Wish that I could rate them 10 stars!!!!!! Quick, efficient and incredible customer service. I switched to them after using CVS in Holly Springs/Fuquay for years. After over 12 years of mistakes, rudeness and out and out horrible customer service, I made the switch to Fuquay Rx. I have never looked back, and am absolutely delighted with the service they provide. They are outstanding in every way, and they even provide free delivery!!!!

I have been in a panic trying to get my dad’s script filled since he is on blood thinners and was just released from the hospital, but the hospital didn’t follow through on a reason code and the script was denied and getting ahold of the right doctor to fill it would have been a nightmare but AMBER came through and helped me!! She tried a couple things on her end that made things work that many wouldn’t and I appreciate her for calming my nerves and making me feel better. The extra time she took helped a great deal.

This place is wonderful! I never would have known it existed if not for the kind recommendation of an urgent care doctor next door. I drove to the window expecting to pay an arm and a leg, or be told I wasn’t eligible for service, but instead the staff was warm and got to work filling my prescription in record time! I was feeling extremely sick with the flu and the quick turnaround time meant I was able to start my medication sooner and head home to rest. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fuquay Pharmacy. After a recommendation, I decided to give them a try and immediately had all of my family's prescriptions transferred from a major chain. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff is not only extremely kind and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. It's a true community pharmacy where customer service and expertise are top priorities. They go above and beyond with convenient services like their delivery option and a fantastic online app that lets me communicate with the staff, order refills, and set medication reminders. I wish more businesses operated like Fuquay Pharmacy. Their dedication to treating customers with genuine care and respect is truly something special. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. This is what a pharmacy should be.

If you have a hard-to-find medication on backorder at a different pharmacy, call Fuquay Pharmacy to see if they have it! The people that work here are always so friendly and helpful, plus it feels good supporting a local independent business over the big pharmacy chains. On a couple occasions I had medication on backorder at other pharmacies, but FP already had it in-stock both times, so I finally switched them to my primary pharmacy. My entire immediate family uses FP too. They are the best in the Fuquay-area!

Incredible local pharmacy. Very kind and easy to work with. We've been offered suggestions for many things. Even once recommended to go to another pharmacy that would be cheaper for a one-of-a-kind medicine. They'd even called for us so we'd know how much it was!!!

This pharmacy is always clean, organized, and efficient. The staff is super friendly and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I always feel taken care of here — highly recommend!

Absolutely love the personalized care and concern in transferring all our scripts from a not so reliable “national chain” pharmacy. The delivery service is a real blessing and the driver was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

When I tell you that this is the best pharmacy I have ever used, that is an understatement. Their staff is very hardworking, and they all have a natural knack for customer service. They never lie to you like Walgreens, and get you caught in a limbo with no medicine. I had an appointment for a dental abscess, and they sent a prescription here around 9am when I left the dentist. Fuquay Pharmacy filled that prescription and delivered it to me BEFORE 11 AM. They are not only THE BEST pharmacy in the area, they are truly THE BEST pharmacy I have ever given my business to. Thank you guys so much for delivering service on such a high level. It doesn't go unnoticed.
